🌱 Cede Labs
Cede Labs is a promising 6-person startup backed by GSR and Ledger building CEX (e.g., Binance, Coinbase,…) asset management tools for both the institutional and consumer market. The team has been accumulating more than 3 years of expertise on CEX connectivity.
Today, Cede Labs offers two main products:
- Cede Hub: a solution for token issuers listed on CEX, to generate organic off-chain trading volume through competitions on hub.cede.store, where we reward users on-chain for off-chain actions.
- Metrics: went from 0 to 70k€ MRR in 3 months.
- Key interlocutors: Token issuers, market makers, CEX and traders.
- Cede SDK: a CEX connectivity solution that accelerates integration for crypto custody solutions with exchange platforms.
- Metrics: 4 clients secured over the last 4 months after recent pivot (350k€ ARR) and ~400k€ ARR expected to be closed before 2025.
- Key interlocutors: Crypto custody solutions and their clients: hedge funds, prime brokers, market makers, stablecoins, OEMS,…

N.B: You will be working exclusively on the Cede Hub / Off-chain Organic Volume for Token Issuers product, at least at the beginning.

Mission
- Reach:
- Identify and engage potential acquisition funnels (Market Makers, Launchpads, VCs, CEX listing managers, Marketing companies,…) and clients (token issuers)
- Establish outbound and inbound strategies depending on targeted personas
- Build relationships with stakeholders (networking conferences, irl meetings,…)
- Nurturing:
- Develop and maintain acquisition funnels for new inbound introductions
- Understand and address client pain points and showcase our solution through case studies/testimonials
- Develop our internal understanding of the market (ex: refine our client personas, wash trading case studies, CEX listing required KPIs, CEX delisting KPIs, …)
