You will work closely with the C-level team, especially with the COO and for some missions with the CEO and learn from their experience and previous mistakes during those 2 years

• Fundraising
  • preparation of the next fundraising (Data Room, pitch deck, identification of VC funds to target, ...)
  • review of financial projections and update (familiarization with runway calculation, burn rate, MRR projection etc.)
• Market research - positioning
  • Refine the positioning and differentiation elements between our different market segments
  • Update the current Data Room & Market Research
• Admin
  • Review of the accounting part
  • Review of strategic legal documents (fundraising, partnership agreement, ...)
